Support SLA
What you can count on from us — response commitments, what's covered, and how security patches and version support work.
Response commitment
We cover support Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET (Zürich), excluding Swiss public holidays. The times below are first-response targets measured during those hours — once we respond, we stay on the issue until it's resolved. Enterprise response times are a contractual SLA; Free and Licensed are best-effort targets.
| Severity | Free | Licensed / Perpetual | Enterprise (committed) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Critical Production blocked — activation/build down, protected app won't run | Community | Next business day (target) | 4 business hours |
| High Major issue, no reasonable workaround | Community | Next business day (target) | 1 business day |
| Normal Questions, how-to, minor issues | Community | 2 business days (target) | 2 business days |
What support covers
- License activation, seat moves, and account questions.
- Install, configuration, and MSBuild / CI integration.
- Obfuscation-correctness defects — where a correctly-configured protection changes your app's runtime behavior.
Out of scope
- Bugs in your own application unrelated to obfuscation.
- Third-party tools, and unsupported or heavily-modified configurations.
- Guaranteeing protection against a determined attacker — no client-side obfuscation is unbreakable.
Security patches & version support
This is what you keep and what needs an active support plan — it's the same whether you're on an annual subscription or a perpetual license.
While your support is active
Priority response per the SLA above, plus every update — bug fixes, security patches, new features, compatibility with new .NET releases, and new major versions.
After your support lapses (perpetual license)
Your license keeps working forever for what it already covers. You continue to receive critical security and bug-fix patches for your version while it remains supported (not end-of-life). What pauses until you renew: priority/SLA response, support for new major .NET versions, new features, and new major product versions.
Enterprise plans can arrange a named contact, custom severities, or extended coverage — request a quote, or contact us with any question.
