End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Delta1 Labs ("we", "us") governing your use of Delta1 Labs software products, including Nebula.NET, together with associated documentation (the "Software").

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and, for paid editions, payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software. The Free edition may be used at no charge subject to the feature limits described in the product. Licensed editions are licensed per seat (machine) for the subscription term you purchased.

2. Restrictions

  • You may not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the Software or license keys.
  • You may not share a license key beyond the number of seats you purchased.
  • You may not circumvent license enforcement or attempt to defeat activation.
  • You may not reverse engineer the Software except to the extent permitted by law.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all right, title and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Your content

The Software processes assemblies and files that you provide. You retain all rights to your code and output. We do not collect your source code or protected binaries.

5. Disclaimer of warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for validating protected output before distribution.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta1 Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Software.

7. Term and termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. Paid licenses are valid for their subscription term. Upon termination you must stop using the Software.
