Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Delta1 Labs collects and how we use it. Delta1 Labs is a trade name of COREBRIDGE SOFTWARE LLC, the entity responsible for the data described here.

Information we collect

• Contact & order details — when you request a license or contact us, we collect your name, email, company and message.
• License activation — when you activate a license, our server records the license key and a hashed machine identifier to enforce seat limits. We do not collect your source code or the assemblies you protect.
• Website analytics — we may collect anonymous, aggregate usage statistics to improve the site.
• Free-edition product analytics — the Free edition of Nebula.NET reports anonymous, non-identifying usage counts (e.g. which transforms ran) to help prioritize the roadmap. No source code, assembly contents, file names, license keys or personal data are ever collected. Paid (licensed) editions do not send this. You can turn it off completely by setting the environment variable NEBULA_NO_TELEMETRY=1 — recommended for regulated or government environments, where it prevents any outbound analytics call. Note that a licensed build still performs online license activation and periodic lease re-verification; for a fully offline / air-gapped deployment, use an offline signed license file so there are no outbound licensing calls either — see licensing.

How we use it

• To deliver and support the products and licenses you request.
• To enforce license terms (seat limits, expiry).
• To respond to your inquiries.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information. The Software runs locally; your code and protected output stay on your machine and are never transmitted to us.

Data retention & your rights

We keep contact and license records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
