New in 1.1.3The protector ships as a cross-platform dotnet tool — no Windows installer needed. It runs anywhere .NET 8+ runs, so it drops straight into build agents and containers:
dotnet tool install --global Delta1Labs.Nebula.Tool Installs the nebula command. Available on nuget.org. Everything works cross-platform except Authenticode signing, which stays Windows-only.
